All hotel reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or by a check deposit of one night’s room plus tax, drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars.

The deadline to receive check payments for deposit and/or prepayment is September 13, 2019. After this date, checks will NOT be accepted. Please contact your confirmed hotel directly to arrange for deposit or pre-payment after September 30, 2019.

Your credit card will not be charged by AHCA/NCAL Housing when your reservation is processed. However, within 2-3 weeks prior to your arrival, the hotel(s) may charge a deposit of one night's room and tax.
