To receive a copy of a housing confirmation:
  • Go to the AHCA Registration and Housing Website to access your housing reservation online.
  • Access your registration and housing by logging in. 
  • Once you are logged in, click on Send confirmation for a copy to be emailed to you. 
  • If you do not receive a copy of your confirmation, please be sure to verify your spam filter to ensure the confirmation is not held back in spam.

You may also request a confirmation be sent to you via the AHCA Support Center HERE.
  • Select the Attendee Type - Attendee
  • Select the Case Category -  Hotel Reservations
  • Select the topic - Hotel Reservation Confirmation
  • Complete the support form, be sure to include your confirmation number for reference.
  • An AHCA/NCAL Housing Service Consultant will respond to your request within 48 hours.
