How can I receive a copy of a hotel reservation confirmation?

To receive a copy of a housing confirmation:
You may also request a confirmation be sent to you via the AHCA Support Center HERE.
- Go to the AHCA Registration and Housing Website to access your housing reservation online.
- Access your registration and housing by logging in.
- Once you are logged in, click on Send confirmation for a copy to be emailed to you.
- If you do not receive a copy of your confirmation, please be sure to verify your spam filter to ensure the confirmation is not held back in spam.
- Select the Attendee Type - Attendee
- Select the Case Category - Hotel Reservations
- Select the topic - Hotel Reservation Confirmation
- Complete the support form, be sure to include your confirmation number for reference.
- An AHCA/NCAL Housing Service Consultant will respond to your request within 48 hours.
